You may cancel your order for a digital painting course before you begin accessing the course materials. Once you have started accessing course content, cancellation is subject to our refund policy outlined below.

Cancellation Before Access

If you cancel your order before accessing any course materials, you will receive a full refund. To cancel before access, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or our contact form.

Cancellation After Access

Handmadeiecraft offers refunds for digital painting course purchases under the following conditions:

  • You must not have accessed more than 25% of the course content
  • You must not have downloaded or accessed downloadable resources
  • The refund request must include a valid reason

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Items

Course Access After Refund

If your refund is approved, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately upon processing the refund. This includes:

Once access is revoked, it cannot be restored unless you make a new purchase. We recommend downloading any materials you wish to keep before requesting a refund.
